Who we are

Observing One is a Chilean company created in the 2008 and formalized on 2012 for investment to develop high profile project focused on a strategic methodology . From the begining Mr. Eduardo Ordaz who is the President of the board, with 25 years of experience in project develop and company management. The company search for oppotunities to develope high potencial projects and provides prior-investment capital needed to start developing each project as a new business, the company provides business strategy and techical experience to build creation value models. History

 Observing One was born in 2008 with the  objective of entering to the development  world of big business, so in 2010 enters to the  Macizo and Relincho mining projects and in  2011enters to the Pacha II and Chilena  projects, in which makes the preliminary  investment

Company was legally constituted in 2012 and in 2014 achieved its first major step that involved the sale of the Relincho mine, after making the necessary geological studies. In 2015 it was decided to take control of the Macizo mine and the development of Phase I is now completed and ready to move to phase II.

  • 2016 -  Call for investors for the Macizo project of industrial minerals
  • 2015 -  Acquisition of 100% of the Macizo mine in alliance with Orinsa investment company
  • 2014 -  Relincho mining Project is successfully completed and selled
  • 2010 -  Legal constitution of the company
  • 2008 -  Start the interest in Relincho, Macizo, Pacha II and La Chilena mining projects

Commercial Engineer, she has 10 years of experience in business administration in the areas of telecommunications and mining; her management style facilitates to build the complex work teams











SERGIO QUIROZ ULZURRÚN - INVESTMENT DIRECTOR

Civil Engineer, he has 25 years of experience in sales, bank and comunications area. he worked in the planning and managing of major projects. He was sales manager for IBM and Director Sales Manager of Lenovo and Diebold Chile. Actualy he is reponsible for investor relation from Observing One Company
